The Process
In Packaging and Point of Purchase, we were instructed to choose a preexisting brand and design a line of products for them that they don’t already have. I chose to do IKEA Beverages.
For the flavors, I did research into Swedish fruits to pay homage to IKEA’s Swedish origins.

The Story
To create a compelling brand story for these drinks, I first did some research into IKEA’s brand voice. They emphasize togetherness and renewal, so I created a product series that was refreshing and would bring people closer.







The Point of Purchase
Next, we created a Point of Purchase display. I chose to have mine be an IKEA showroom with a display of the drinks in the corner for customers to pick up and purchase.



The Motion Graphic
Finally, we created a piece of media. This could be anything interactive, and I chose to make a motion graphic that briefly introduces the product line of IKEA Beverages.
